How will I be assessed
Here at Alpha health safety training solutions we will allocate one of our industry expert assessors to provide information and guidance throughout the process. The methods of assessment will include:
knowledge based sessions - which will allow the candidate to demonstrate his job knowledge on a subject matter.
Professional discussion - A professional discussion will be carried out between the candidate and the assessor which allows the canidate to explain the typical works that he has completed during him/her time in the industry.
Direct observation - A direct observation will take place, the assessor will observe the candidate in the work place gathering evidence and assessing performance against the national occupational working standards.
Witnesss testimony - A witness testimony will be gathered which allows employers and past work colleagues to elaborate on the candidates performance over a period of time.
Product evidence - A range of product evidence can be gathered to assist with the assessment decisions made.
