Elaina Reed is the Managing Director of the company, bringing a strong foundation in healthcare from her career as a nurse specialist. Her background has instilled in her a deep understanding of responsibility, precision, and care—qualities that she now applies to leading the organisation with vision and integrity.

An experienced training professional, Elaina is passionate about developing people’s skills and empowering teams to achieve their full potential. She believes in leading from the front, setting high standards, and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration across the business.

Outside of her professional role, Elaina enjoys spending quality time with her daughters, Tia and Rosie. Family vacations and traveling are among her favorite pursuits, offering opportunities to recharge and gain new perspectives that enrich both her personal and professional life.

Neil Reed – Health & Safety Professional

Neil Reed is a seasoned Health and Safety professional with extensive expertise in workplace compliance and risk management. A certified member of IOSH, Neil is highly skilled in preparing method statements, conducting site audits, and developing comprehensive safety plans that align with industry regulations and best practices.

In addition to his consultancy work, Neil is an accomplished trainer, delivering accredited qualifications such as NVQs, CPCS, and NPORS. His training sessions are designed to equip individuals and organizations with the practical knowledge and confidence needed to maintain safe and efficient operations.

Neil’s professional approach is matched by his commitment to fostering a strong safety culture across every project he supports. Outside of work, he values quality time with his family and enjoys traveling, which broadens his perspective and enriches both his personal and professional life.

Megan Reed – Office Manager

Megan Reed is the Office Manager, responsible for overseeing day-to-day enquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring client needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Her organisational skills and client-focused approach make her an integral part of the company’s operations.

Megan has recently achieved her NEBOSH NG1 qualification, reflecting her growing expertise and keen interest in health and safety. With a sharp eye for detail and continuous improvement, she contributes to strengthening workplace standards and supporting the company’s commitment to safety excellence.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her little dog, Bella, and has a passion for traveling, which allows her to explore new places and experiences.
