Direct observation - A direct observation may take place, the assessor may observe the candidate in the work place gathering evidence and assessing performance against the national occupational working standards.
Witness testimony - A witness testimony can be gathered which allows employers and past work colleagues to elaborate on the candidate's performance over a period of time.
Product evidence - A range of product evidence can be gathered to assist with the assessment decisions made.
